Runs small. Pay close attention to websites sizing a large is a 34 waist in paints. Im 5’7” 200 lbs short stocky build. Large shirt was snug but manageable. Pants im a normal 36 and these didnt come close. Arm material sturdy but rough. Pants felt durable as well. Will send back and size up and theyll be great.

Shirt runs a little tight and the elbow pads were a kind of difficult to figure out but the pants and knee pads were perfect and easy!!
